This is the oddest of the group. It's a bizarre robot design, basically a cube with legs. The red spark panel and flapping feet link it to the others, but apart from that is is quite distinct. It has two long plastic arms which are turned to wind up the robot. When let go he wheels forward while those long arms hit the floor and pivot him round in a new direction.

Only one version exists, which is unusual for Noguchi products.
