This is effectively the wind-up version of Flashy Jim. The R7 has been replaced with a circular symbol like an inverted Y on a yellow background and, being a wind up, the eyes don't light.

It is very close in design to Sparkling Mike and at first sight they appear identical. Main distinguishing feature is the inverted Y loge and the lack of a spark hole in the chest. The box art is very simila to that on Sparkling Mike; they're clearly by the same artist. If you look carefully there are changes to the design: the patterning around the robot has altered and there is no spark effect showing in the chest window.
