This is the unidentified wind-up robot, Boogaerts #222. It is clearly based on Robbie the Roving Robot. It is different in that it has acquired a large amount of wonderful litho detailing, in particular a chest full of machinery. There is a hole revealing a sparking mechanism. The wording Robot 5 provides its nickname.
