One of the great Robby rarities is the Mechanical Moon Robot by Yonezawa. (Kitahara #6) All the Robby features are there: the rounded body, the domed head, the mechanism in the head, the bulbous feet (look how many robots retain this distinctive leg shape, from the Thunder Robot to the High Gear), the stumpy arms. The distinctive ribbons in the head lack the authenticity of the Mechanized Robot's pistons, but they are lovely. The only distracting parts are the cheap blue plastic hands and ears.
