They should try to emulate man, but not succeed completely. What’s the fun of a man that looks like a man and performs like a man, but happens to be a robot? (Unless you want to blow someone to bits in a movie) Modern technology, with its emphasis on electronics, is visually very boring. I use it to make my machines function, not to make them work. Copying a CD is a trillion times more complicated than building a Cuckoo clock. However when I show you the two bellows that make the “Cuck” and the “Oo” respectively, you are fascinated. Whilst you gaze at your PC in annoyance and wonder when it will ever finish.
